Who is it for?

Any adult is welcome on a retreat. There are no specific limitations regarding education, religion, gender, culture, ethnicity, employment or age (excepting children). Because a retreat enables a person to reflect upon their own life journey each retreat is catered to the needs of the individual.   It is not necessary for someone to have been on a retreat before.

Many people find that a regular retreat time benefits their routine work and family commitments and personal inner health. Therefore retreats are not just for those who feel a particular need, and are not problem centred. It is not necessary for someone to have been on a retreat before.

Retreats also provide an invaluable resource for those who are encountering a higher than usual level of stress or in danger of ‘burn-out’. At such times it is enormously helpful to take time out, and gain some head and heart space to refresh the inner man or woman. Restorative retreats can strengthen one’s personal resources to cope with stress, the ‘normal’ challenges of life as well as find a way through times of burn-out, grief, transition, burn-out, or decision-making.
